We got the call last night from Lowes that the window came in and we could go pick it up. I was surprised since they said a minimum of 2 weeks and it came in a few days before hand. So we drove all the way there to pick it up and while we were up that way we stopped into Babies R Us to look around. We had my MIL with us and she tagged along soaking up all the new stuff that they now have for babies. We came across some really neat things that we missed on the website, and now have to go an register for them too. One was this neat high chair seat that gets strapped onto a regular chair instead of having a bulky high chair sitting around all the time. Plus, we can easily take it with us somewhere too. You can view that HERE. While we were there, we purchased the Winnie the Pooh valance set and all we have left is to get a set of lace curtains for the bottom part of the window. We also found these cute repositioning "stickers" for the wall in Winnie the Pooh too. I had never seen them before and my Mom was telling me about them last weekend when we were over to visit. They are really neat and we will be getting them as well. It's so much fun to watch Michael run around the store - he is just like a kid in a candy store. It's really is great to see him all excited (and he wonders how I just "knew" that he would be a good Dad) but I could just see it in him the entire time we have been together (all 8 years).

Speaking of baby stuff - we were making a Target registry incase someone wants to shop there instead and I came across the WashPOD again, . Well it got rave reviews on that website for being the next best thing in baby bathing. It's so funny how reviews vary from website to website. We went looking for it in the store last night and it must be an online only thing. If you aren't sure what I am talking about it - I posted about it last month. It's a wash "bucket" that you use to bathe the baby. It is supposed to be more "womb-like" and the newest rage. The review on Babies R Us was not a good one and Michael insists that it stays on the registry and we all had a good laugh about it. I still think that I am going to buy it just so I can blog about using it, lol.

For some reason I don't post pictures of Jillian too much. I found this sweet picture of her the day we brought her home. She is laying under the living room table. We had just come back from our honeymoon and we went to get her the next day. Look at those ears... She is just the cutest and she is wearing a pink polka-dot collar too!

Time Warner Cable has been unable to reach an agreement with the owners of CBS, so we no longer have that station and we ended up getting an antenna so we can watch the news, football games and other programs that we watch. It's an inconvenience, but at least we have the option to get that channel that way. Hopefully they can come to an agreement soon. Sorry for not being around most of last week. I don't know what happened, but every time I laid down in the evening to watch tv with Michael I just fell asleep. This weekend has been semi busy - I had my almost step-mom's bridal shower on Saturday. Of course (and it always happens with my gifts) someone got her the same exact thing that I got for her. It never fails... MIchael spent the weekend working on the baby's room (it's almost ready for paint and we are waiting for the new window to come in) and getting everything outside ready for winter. We put away all the deck furniture, closed up the grill and tore all the plants out of the veggie garden. It was nice (for me) since I sat on the deck and snuggled next to the fire that we had going in the fire pit. (I have I mentioned that I love fall?)

I don't have too much to say today as not much has been going on. I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know where I have been. I will be getting everyone's sigtags out to them shortly as well.

This has got to be one of the largest frogs I have ever seen in my backyard! He was sitting on the deck one night when I went to let the dogs out. I love frogs & toads...

I took today off from work not because I am sick or anything but because I needed the day off from all the stress that I have at work. I am not sure if anyone really knows this, but I am the senior website designer/developer at my job. So, that means I am in charge of keeping everyone on track and keep projects moving (while still doing my own parts of the project). In a nut shell - I am a GREAT multitasker, lol and it also causes a bit of stress. So I decided last Wednesday that I was taking today off just because. I don't have much planned at all for today. I do need to finally go get my prenatal tests done, so that is the only thing that I need to do. I might just hang around the house and relax. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday afternoon and I am assuming that everything is fine. The appointment is SO short (10 minutes max) and that's about it.

Sorry I missed posting my entry for yesterday - I was so tired the night before that I laid down with Michael for a little bit and was out cold! I did create new sigtags for this month and there are 2 different ones. A Halloween one and then a Breast Cancer Awareness one. The only one you need to request from me is the Halloween SigTag. This one you can actually use as a card for your friends if you wish.

I know that this is going to seem REALLY odd to post now, BUT I want to get this going and give everyone plenty of time to sign up. I have been wanting to do some sort of "swap" with everyone in the community. I want to do a Country Secret Santa and you can find out more about it by clicking on the logo in the side menu or below. To keep this a safe thing for everyone, you must be invited to participate. So I am inviting everyone that is located in MY friends list to participate, so you all can invite others to play too.
